Per Clallam County Code, Ch. 15.38:
In areas of Clallam County east of the Elwha River, consumer fireworks may only be used or discharged between 9:00 a.m. and midnight on July 4th of each year.
In areas of Clallam County west of the Elwha River, consumer fireworks may be used or discharged at all times allowed pursuant to State law as set forth in Chapter 70.77 RCW.
Flaura’s Acres is east of the Elwha River, which means fireworks are only permitted between 9am and midnight on July 4. However, we ask that you be kind to your neighbors and not get too carried away in your festivities.
Fireworks are set off in the street all through Four Seasons Park . One fire hydrant for the whole neighborhood. Low water pressure. The perfect situation fo an out of control fire. Nobody cares about the elderly and the disabled.
Please take note huge fireworks fire could easily happen . Four seasons park has only one fire hydrant.
