Welcome to Flaura’s Acres Property Owners Association, a little pocket of unincorporated Clallam County in the middle of Sequim. We have 54 single-family residences, our own well and septic system.
We are a registered Washington State nonprofit Corporation, UBI Number 603 459 642.

Public Hearing on Annexation set for May 26, 2026 at 6pm at City Hall. Residents and homeowners are encouraged to attend to show support.
Reminder
Monthly dues are due by the first of the month, and considered late after the 15th. Fees should be mailed to Flaura’s Acres HOA, PO Box 1641, Sequim, WA 98382.
