Welcome to Flaura’s Acres Property Owners Association, a little pocket of unincorporated Clallam County in the middle of Sequim. We have 54 single-family residences, our own well and septic system.
We are a registered Washington State nonprofit Corporation, UBI Number 603 459 642.
Reminder
Monthly dues are due by the first of the month, and considered late after the 15th. Fees should be mailed to Flaura’s Acres HOA, PO Box 1641, Sequim, WA 98382.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
Our next general membership meeting is SATURDAY, August 15 at 1p.m. at the Shipley Center, 922 E. Hammond Street in Sequim.
This meeting is to discuss the status of annexation, sewer and water projects. Representatives from the City of Sequim will be present. We will also be voting on an annual budget. Your participation, either in person or by proxy is vital!

We meet on the second TUESDAY of every month at 7pm.
Our next board meeting is July 14, 2026 at 7pm. Location: 923 E. Belfield Ave. All homeowners and residents are welcome to attend.
