Welcome to Flaura’s Acres Property Owners Association, a little pocket of unincorporated Clallam County in the middle of Sequim. We have 54 single-family residences, our own well and septic system.
We are a registered Washington State nonprofit Corporation, UBI Number 603 459 642.
July 4th Fireworks
Per Clallam County Code, Ch. 15.38:
In areas of Clallam County east of the Elwha River, consumer fireworks may only be used or discharged between 9:00 a.m. and midnight on July 4th of each year.
In areas of Clallam County west of the Elwha River, consumer fireworks may be used or discharged at all times allowed pursuant to State law as set forth in Chapter 70.77 RCW.
Flaura’s Acres is east of the Elwha River, which means fireworks are only permitted between 9am and midnight on July 4. However, we ask that you be kind to your neighbors and not get too carried away in your festivities.
Reminder
Monthly dues are due by the first of the month, and considered late after the 15th. Fees should be mailed to Flaura’s Acres HOA, PO Box 1641, Sequim, WA 98382.
