Septic Replacement Meeting 11-18-25

  1. Ecology Updates: WQC-2026-SequPW-0064
    1. Kick-off meeting with City of Sequim staff and Ecology took place on November 13. It is anticipated that the contract will be sent for signatures in late December / early January
  2. Updates from DOH: GVL31648-0
    1. The City Council approved the DOH contract on November 10  and DOH executed the contract on October 30, 202
  3. Updates from CDBG: 24-64210-010
    1. Grievance process resolution was approved at the November 10th public council meeting. Association representatives were present. The award letter being routed is expected to be dated November 18, 2025.
  4. ULID Updates:
    1. They will begin the ULID process at the beginning of the new year.
    2. This will require a petition from the community (separate petition from the annexation petition)
  5.  Annexation:
    1. The County has not yet updated the annexation code.
    2. The association and city can begin the process while the county works through the code updates. The city will advocate as necessary.
  6.  Other
    1. RFQ advertised and contract in development to be awarded to Zachary Slota with United Engineering
