Sewer Project
- Survey crew has been out to map the site.
- Water lines were marked yesterday – survey crew will be back out to map the water lines.
- Zach and Tom walked the site.
- A meeting will be set up with the city to discuss city requirements for design and permitting requirements.
- There are two options to consider – connecting just the sewer system to the city, or connecting the water system as well.
- A conclusion on which option to move forward with will happen at the general HOA meeting in November.
- The septic permit for this year has been filed.
Funding
- Invoices to be paid for by the grant from the conservation district should be reviewed by the HOA board members and forwarded to Jennifer with a note that the invoice is ok to pay.
- There is a question about whether all the invoices have to be in and paid by September 30, or does all the work need to be completed by then and invoices can come in after September 30.
- Jennifer will check on the requirement.
- Lisa-Ann will send invoices to Jennifer.
- The grant funds can help pay for permitting fees.
