- Contract with conservation district signed.
- Plan to set control points by the end of this week and begin mapping work next week.
- Need to complete all work by September 30, but ideally by mid-September.
- Surveyor will be a sub to United Engineering.
- Need to locate for utilities
– PUD provides electrical services
– Water system operator can help with water line locations and work with survey crew as needed. - Need a meeting with residents to map out where septic tanks are.
– Steve Smith has inspected all the septic tanks and knows locations - Tom will send contact information for both Dale and Steve to Zach.
- United will send amendment to the general engineering services contract to add sewer design scope of work.
- Need to schedule a pre-application meeting with the City’s engineer to find out what the city is going to require for connections.
- Drainfield decommissioning – should consider including the work in this project so the property could be used or sold.
