Steve Smith at NW Drains has completed all but 4 inspections for Flaura’s Acres. 910 and 921 Blair were not inspected because no one was home and he could not access the septic tanks. 820 and 830 have not been completed because there have been changes to the systems and they don’t match the original permits. Steve will update the county records in order to complete the inspections.
20 tanks need to be pumped, and the Board will be scheduling pumping of those tanks over the next few months.
Lisa-Ann will be sending letters to the homeowners of those on-site septic systems that need repair. As a reminder, the cost of repairs is the responsibility of the homeowner.
